Localizado no litoral norte de Alagoas, a Praia do Toque, fica no município de São Miguel dos Milagres entre Maceió e Maragogi, dois dos principais destinos turísticos de Alagoas.

Praia do Toque possui águas cristalinas, coqueirais a perder a vista e areias semi-desertas. Dona de uma das maiores piscinas naturais de Milagres, a “Piscina do Toque” exibe diferentes espécies de peixinhos coloridos, vistos a olho nu, e se der sorte ainda pode encontrar o peixe-boi. (Cada pousada tem o seu jangadeiro para o passeio)

Além de ser uma das mais lindas de Alagoas, foi eleita pelo jornal inglês The Guardian como a terceira mais bonita do Brasil. A praia faz parte da Rota Ecológica de Alagoas, um trecho de praias totalmente preservados e isolados, sendo dona da segunda maior barreira de corais do mundo, com quase 140 km de extensão.

Repletas de pousadas de charmes, tem um amanhecer de arrepiar! Com a maré baixinha, às vezes antes das 7h, dá para calçar os chinelos e ir caminhando até os corais e apreciar a beleza dessas formações marinhas, com seu colorido e seu relevo chamativos.

O Toque é um pólo de ótimos restaurantes: as pousadas do Toque, do Caju e Amendoeira atendem não-hóspedes mediante reserva antecipada por telefone. (O Caju não recebe crianças, e o Toque só recebe crianças no almoço). Temos também o No Quintal, escondido entre a praia e a estradinha, tem feito bastante sucesso desde que abriu, em 2011 (funciona de Terça a domingo das 13h às 21h).

Aproveitando que citamos a Pousada do Toque, vale ressaltar que ela é uma das pousadas mais premiadas do Brasil. Em 2012 o empreendimento foi considerado o melhor do país, em atendimento, práticas de sustentabilidade, inclusão social e preservação ambiental.
