Quando o assunto é experiência gastronômica, Alagoas é um dos melhores lugares do mundo. Entre tantas (e excelentes) opções, fica difícil reunir em uma lista os melhores restaurante da cidade. A variedade pela cidade é imensa e pode agradar a todo tipo de paladar. Eu selecionei alguns restaurantes que você precisa conhecer ou voltar de novo.

Mariah Comedoria ($)

Buffet de saladas, pratos quentes e sobremesas, em espaço rústico-contemporâneo, com artesanato e playground.

Casa de Mainha ($)

O Restaurante Casa de Mãinha é um restaurante temático, onde as comidas típicas nordestinas fazem as delícias da casa. Todo o restaurante é muito bem decorado, o ambiente é familiar, dando a sensação de que estamos comendo junto com a nossa família, de tão acolhedor que é.

Divina Gula ($$ – $$$)

Com um jardim aconchegante e amplo, o Divina é uma ótima pedida para escapar do burburinho cercado por muito verde. O clima de fazenda está nos detalhes impecáveis dos utensílios, artesanatos e cantinhos bastante charmosos. Um destaque é a costela de boi desfiada e confitada na manteiga de garrafa, refogada com ora-pro-nobis, servida sob uma polenta mole feita com fubá de moinho de pedra e acompanhada de queijo meia cura. As comidinhas clássicas também fazem sucesso: tutu mineiro, frango com quiabo, torresmo, feijão tropeiro, angu e jiló na chapa.

Bodega do Sertão ($$ – $$$)

Para experimentar diversos pratos da cozinha regional, o Bodega do Sertão é uma das melhores opções em Maceió. O restaurante funciona no modelo self-service e expõe sobre um fogão a lenha os autênticos pratos da cozinha do Nordeste brasileiro (inclusive da alagoana).

Restaurante Janga ($$ – $$$)

Um restaurante especializado em frutos do mar com cardápio original e pratos generosos, que não quer seguir nem as clássicas e boas receitas tradicionais das peixadas e camarãozadas.

Imperador dos Camarões ($$ – $$$)

O Imperador dos Camarões, como sugere o nome, é o local em Maceió para comer um bom camarão. São diversas opções no cardápio e, provavelmente, ao ver outros clientes recebendo os pedidos em suas mesas, você já estará convencido de que escolheu um bom lugar para fazer sua refeição.

Considerada uma veterana da alta gastronomia em Alagoas, ele é dividido em vários ambientes à meia luz, o Wanchaco (tradução de Pueblo Libre) é certamente o espaço gastronômico mais original e um dos mais aconchegantes da capital alagoana. Nas paredes, as cortinas, cerâmicas e máscaras incas remetem à paixão da chef Simone Bert pela terra ancestral do marido e sócio, José Luiz.
