Maceió: Conheça a Pedra Virada

A Pedra Virada é conhecida com esse nome por que ela uma formação de corais “virada” para o alto mar. Ela fica alguns metros acima do nível do mar a cerca de 1km da faixa de areia.  A “Pedra” é cercada de lindas piscinas naturais e é possível ir a pé, mas para isso é essencial que vista um calçado por conta dos ouriços.

Quando e como ir e aproveitar o passeio

Antes de tudo, pesquise sempre ante se a maré estará baixa e vá 20 minutos antes disso, por que você já chega no momento certo. Vale lembrar: prepare as pernas, pois serão 30 minutos de caminhada. Pra facilitar você pode alugar um caiaque ou uma prancha de SUP para fazer a visita.

O momento mais legal para visitar é quando a maré está negativa na fase de Lua Nova e Lua Cheia, pois o mar se abre formando uma faixa de areia que vai até ela e são formadas inúmeras piscinas naturais com diversas espécies de vida marinha.
