Que Maceió é linda, todo mundo sabe. Mas que tal ver a cidade por um ângulo diferente? Separei 5 mirantes de Maceió para você apreciar a cidade de uma vista privilegiada.

Mirante de São Gonçalo

Localizado na Praça ao lado da Igrejinha de São Gonçalo, já no final da ladeira da Catedral (rua Osvaldo Sarmento), é um dos mais conhecidos da cidade. Ele proporciona uma vista das praias da Ponta Verde, Pajuçara e da Avenida. Também é possível ver o Pontal da Barra.

Mirante Dom Ranulfo

Pertinho do mirante de São Gonçalo, esse fica em um nível um pouco mais abaixo. Pode-se ver a praia da Pajuçara, o porto de Maceió e uma parte do centro. No início de 2019, um projeto deu uma cara nova em uma escadaria perto do mirante, conhecida como Ladeira da Catedral. O projeto “Todos Pela Cidade” faz várias intervenções pela cidade. Nesse projeto, várias construtoras doaram azulejos que seriam descartados. Através de oficinas dadas pela artista Marta Arruda, diversas pessoas puderam ajudar.

Mirante de Santa Terezinha

É possível ver a igreja Martírios e até o palácio do governo. Chega-se pelo centro da cidade. Além da vista, quem visita o mirante de Santa Terezinha, se depara com uma obra de arte. Recentemente revitalizada, o mirante conta com uma intervenção artística das alagoanas Ana Maia e Rosa Piatti.

Mirante Ambrósio de Lira

Implantado entre as ladeiras do Brito e dos Martírios, na parte mais sossegada do bairro do Farol, o mirante permite ver, à esquerda, as Praias da Avenida e do Pontal da Barra e, à direita, a Lagoa Mundaú, além de uma vista frontal para diversos bairros da região central, mostrando um belíssimo cartão postal da capital.

Mirante do Cortiço

Por ser muito próximo dos mirantes Ambrósio Lyra e Santa Terezinha, quase não há diferença de paisagens entre eles. Além disso, o Mirante do Cortiço é bem pequeno e tem boa parte da vista obstruída pela vegetação e por muitos prédios no entorno.

Mirante Senador Rui Palmeira

Também conhecido como mirante de Bebedouro, fica um pouco mais afastado do centro da cidade. Dele, vemos a Lagoa do Mundaú, Maceió ao fundo, e a região do Trapiche e Pontal.

Da década de 60, esse mirante foi criado com o objetivo de apreciação da barreira de corais presentes na praia.

Mirante Floriano Peixoto ou de Ipioca

Localizado no alto do bairro de Ipioca, ao lado da Igreja de Nossa Senhora do Ó, o Mirante Floriano Peixoto é um dos mais visitados da capital e um ponto privilegiado para ver a bela costa da região cercada de coqueiros e a cor azul piscina da praia. Ele também recebeu um dos tótens “Eu amo Maceió”.
