Na Estação Ambiental existem 400 animais de diversas espécies, dentre eles, Macaco Prego, Jacaré de Papo Amarelo, Pavão, Bicho Preguiça, Cotia, Ema, Tucanos, Raposas, Gavião, Pica-Pau, etc. E um lindo lago (Lago dos Macacos).

Ideal para famílias e crianças, o parque oferece trilhas curtas que proporcionam a vista para árvores como pau-brasil, ipê-amarelo e roxo, sucupira branca, craibeira (a árvore símbolo do Alagoas) e a belíssima Ficus Benjamin, que atinge uma altura imensa!

O local também possui guarita, centro de atividades, área de apoio, centro de treinamento e viveiros de mudas. Pode-se contar também com acompanhamento de estagiários na área e agrônomo, que dão todas as explicações sobre o local e contam várias curiosidades.

O parque fica aberto de Segunda à Sexta, das 8h30 às 11h30 e das 14h30 às 17h. A entrada para o Cinturão Verde da Braskem é gratuita, mas é preciso agendar a visita com 15 dias de antecedência pelo site da própria empresa.
